Please note that this room safe is provided solely as a convenience for our guests. It is not a substitute for the fireproof, front office safe maintained by the hotel where money, jewellery, documents or other articles of value may be placed for safe keeping.

While the hotel exercises its best efforts to uphold the safety and security of its guests’ personal items, money, documents and articles of value, we stress that such items left in the room and/or the room safe are left so at the owner’s sole risk and responsibility and the hotel is not and shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, damage or destruction caused in any way, including but not limited to theft, to such items and/or articles which are left in the room and/or placed in this room safe.

We urge our guests who wish to place money, documents and articles of value for safe keeping not to use the room safe but instead to use the hotel safe located at Reception.

We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of possessions belonging to guests staying at the hotel. Safety deposit boxes are provided in the rooms or you may choose to deposit your valuables at our 24-hour Reception at no cost. Guests are strongly recommended to make use of this service. When you do not wish to be disturbed whilst in your room, please display the «Do not disturb» notice on the outside door handle.

In case of an emergency or fire, please dial 0 for the operator and indicate the location of the fire. Guests will be warned by the continuous ringing of the fire alarm bell. A plan indicating the nearest emergency exit to your guest room is placed in the drawer under the telephone or on the wall inside the wardrobe. For everyone’s safety the fire alarm is tested weekly, and fire training for staff is conducted on a regular basis.

The Non-Profit Organization "Simba Animal Aid Cyprus" was set up by the Thanos family and close friend who are passionate about the wellbeing and above all the rescue of animals and especially dogs who are at risk due to neglect, abuse and/or abandonment.
Our aim is to provide immediate assistance and swiftly respond to cases such as the above, where the wellbeing of innocent creatures may be at risk.
Although we have enormous love for the animals, this is unfortunately not enough. We need all the help we can get. Considering that our organisation relies solely on volunteers and donations, your contribution becomes all the more crucial and vital. Together, we can improve the survival chances of these beautiful animals by promoting their adoption, so that each of them can find a home, a hug, a family. This is our goal, and we are determined to keep going until we achieve it.
Your assistance, like all donations, will help cover daily and long-term needs in food, veterinary expenses (vaccinations, medicine, treatments, etc.), hospitalization (care of injured animals and animals recovering from surgery), living and shelter operation costs and so much more.
Any help, no matter how small is gratefully received, whether it comes in the form of items/products or financial donations.
We call on you to not turn your backs on these animals and join us in our effort through your corporate social responsibility programmes, but also because of your genuine care and concern for animal welfare.
